Over the past 15 years, Undercover Events temporary structures have been used for a diverse range of occasions, from hospitality events to sports courts to commercial warehouses. This assortment of uses is possible because of our bespoke approach; each structure is individually designed and constructed to meet our client’s particular set of needs. Our smallest structures have been used as sentry boxes and our largest structures have hosted up to 5000 people in a single structure.Undercover Events is well known for delivering a superior service to clients, who include the likes of Chelsea Football Club and Windsor Racecourse, NFL, Home House and Surrey University.

Veterans Breakfast Club
A vital community where veterans come together to share stories, find support, and enjoy a hearty breakfast. Our mission is to create a warm and welcoming safe space for veterans from all branches, making sure the support and welfare needs of veterans are fulfilled outside the breakfast clubs, not just at the breakfast clubs.

Engliand Rugby Football Union
GRFC are affiliated the RFU. As a supporter of grass roota rugby GRFC has access to many of the support servicves provided by the RFU including thier Game Management System (GMS) and also supports and adhere to thier rules and policies governing the sport of rugby. All profit made by the RFU is invested back into the community game, the men’s and women’s England age grade and senior teams. As the national governing body for rugby union in England, the RFU is firmly committed to fostering participation across clubs, schools and communities to ensure that the sport is accessible for all. well as teaching a wide variety of life skills.
Kent County rugby Football Union
This CB provides the link between the Sports Governing National body – the Rugby Football Union and the Clubs of Kent. Kent County RFU ensures that there is proper governance, funding, discipline procedures, facilities planning, safeguarding, training and volunteering across the game in order to run and develop it.
Even more importantly, this role includes providing links with the clubs in relation to recruitment of players, variations of the game (7’s, 10’s O2 Touch), development of the women’s and girls’ game, and advice on a raft of issues including:

Mandown-UK
Man Down UK is a non-profit Community Interest Company founded in Cornwall, dedicated to supporting men with mental health challenges.
We run informal, peer-led talking groups across the UK, providing a safe, judgment-free space for men to share their struggles and connect with others who understand.
By fostering open conversations, we aim to break the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and reduce the number of male suicides. Together, we can end the silence and save lives.
Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice
Greenwich Rugby Club have been a long term supporter of Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice.
We want everyone in our wonderfully diverse community to be able to approach death in the way that suits their values, beliefs and lifestyle
Whether that’s through pain management, care at home, rehab support,
pastoral services or end-of-life care at the hospice, we’re on hand to help
anyone with a terminal illness, their loved ones and their carers with free
support, care and advice at any time of day or night.
